I have ordered kurthis form online through. I got a message 3 days later form him that he is from custom department that to delivery my order I have to pay GST and SGST and it is refundable. It was about 2900 and later he is telling that I have paid 5 mins late and the legal tax should be paid upto 4000 and this Is also refundable then. I got toknow he is tricking me to pay cash and making fraud. Pls help me from this.
