Good afternoon. I loaded a voucher of #500 on my phone line 09040364012 this afternoon at exactly 1:25pm today. And the loaded amount did not add to the previous balance. To ascertain what exactly was the problem I then loaded another voucher of #100. And it added up. Please I want you to help me to work on my complain.
