I sent a complaint yesterday on harassment from QUICK LOAN and today, they have repeated same.
I kept receiving WhatsApp messages requesting me to repay my loan which is due without letting me know when I obtained a loan from them, not providing the outstanding amount, not showing me the loan agreement on my request and not even speaking the language I understand whenever I intend to talk to them on phone.
With different phone lines, about 9 people have so far harassed me on WhatsApp treathning me that they will publish my default to all my contacts if I do not pay before 12.00. This is quite embarrassing because I did not take any loan from Quick loan. They should stop the nonsense please.
