I just bought a lenovo laptop through Amazon,but it had some internal damage so I want to return to them but they r not responding well and I paid 73 k to them

I just ordered my lenovo legion y540 from Amazon on 13 sep 2021,but warranty is showing the it started from may of this year.
I contacted Amazon they asked to contact lenovo,when I contacted lenovo they are not responding well
Plz help me
