I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Streads app. I had accumulated over 23,000 points by using the app regularly, but the developers unexpectedly discontinued the service. As a result, I could not redeem any rewards, wasting my time and effort.

The lack of notice or communication about this decision is highly unprofessional. I request an explanation for this situation and compensation for the lost points and time.
