I hv purchased the hammer earbuds from jiomart on 24th March but due to improper connectivity I hv place the return but they didn’t take any action and told us to go to hammer center for replacement..but as per information they put the return option so why should I go for replacement.

Maine jiomart se 22 March 2023 ko hammer k earbuds mangwaye the…..and muj 24th of March ko receive huae….but earbuds mere phone me same time pr both side connect nai ho rhe the..except in calling..so maine 26th March ko return request daal Diya tha…..and mene apna alternate no.bhi mention Kiya tha but muj us pr koe call nai ii….and maine jiomart me 10 baar customer care ko call kr chuki hu but they didn’t do anything and told us ki hammer center pr replacement krwao….but jb maine return dala tha fix time period k andr so main q jaun hammer center pr replacement k liye….I want my money back ie 799…I want a solution so please provide me my money back.
