I hv visted service store with my complaint.Simply that fellow said one line of connection is enough. Some time it shows no service. Some time call drop. Some time it connects but no voice. I have given number of complaints to air tell customer care. They always say sorry sir we will rectify soon. but last three years i was suffering the same. I am one of the corporate customer for them. due to this my phone battery is replaced twice being i phone 5s. My phone number s 9959022032
request you to lodge a complaint against airtell and do the justice fr my problem. Due to this poor connection we have lost lot of business which is costing more than RS 2Crs.
