I didn’t take any loan from muthootnan, but when i checked my cibil during my mobile purchase the finance guy showed my that i have a late payment with muthootnan. There any many late payments seen in the reports even i didn’t take any loan. My cibil is dropped below 700 due to this and now i am struggling to get a loan or buy something. Please help me regarding this.
