I haven’t received the refund from Airtel since 7 months due, I made the 3 months advance payment for broadband on 17th May. After that same day, technician said that the installation can’t be done and ask for refund from Airtel. They are torturing me from 7 months like hell, by everytime asking me to wait for another week, or to give bank details, and proof 100 times. They have disconnected ted my phone number also when they owe me a payment since 7 months. I have complained to Nodal officer and appellate multiple times but nothing has been done.
