Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note I had booked an airline ticket from Via.com (PNR No:Z3RKML) for Goairlines.The Airlines have given refund to Via.com on 18th Nov 2020 but till now we have not received the refund amount.
I want to know why the company is not giving us the refund amount, its almost 2 months over.The refund status of Via.com shows that they have refunded the amount. If so let us know on which account they have remitted.
