I placed a grocery order from jio mart on april 30
it was never showed up and it got automatically cancelled. i did not even got refund customer support tells wait for 7 wrkng days iys almost 15 days now they dont respond at all neither on twitter or anywere they r torturing. bcz of them we borrowed rice from neighbours. below is my attached may statement i did not get refund at all
