I have been ordered a dress for Christmas.. ordered in November 19th and delivery date was showing dec 24th.. I kept on messaging them and finally got reply on Jan 10th and said they will dispatch by this week. I have kept it separately for emergency dispatch.. and i said ok.. and till now that is Feb 1st no response from them and did not get my order.. kindly please help me to get my dress
