My flight had been cancelled by the Indigo airline due to Covid-19 lockdown dated 03rd April 2020 having PNR GPMY8R .
I have checked with Indigo airlines and they have refunded the amount to Via.com.
It has been 8+ months. I have tried to reach the customer support and sent emails too.
My refund for the above mentioned ticket has not been credited to my account yet.

Note: Nobody is replying to my mail and call is not going on your official number.
I hope the necessary actions will be taken and the amount will be refunded as soon as possible
