Dear sir

I had done a order of INR 1199 from filpcart online at 8/12/18 and it’s payment by sbi net banking. Due to delay delivery  I canceld my order. Filpcart seller refund my amount  in my account at 10/12/18 but I haven’t receive my refund in my account still.once again  I call flipcart customers care then they are says refund are successful 13/12/18 and give me Txn id-IGAEXLJKX2.filpcart seller says to me raise a dispute form,then I call sbi customer care no but they are not help  me.

please look into this on priority and get this amount credited to my account . My order no-114101169895349000
