I ordered 3 items in december 2022 but ia havent got any product i ordered.i ordered through amazon pay later. Then i informed to the customer care and raise the complaint then they said we refunded all items it will take 5 business days.then after i got the call from axio. Axio is there lending partner they are handling the amazon pay later. They said they havent got any updation from amazon. Again and again i contacted with amazon customer service more 10 times last i contacted january 2023.then they said everything is cleared their side. The lending partner not responding. Still the problem is going on. The axio customer service persons daily 4 or more times calling and irritating i cant able bare this irritation atlast today i paid the amount 629 rs with interest actually product cost is 268 rs i have lost my money,time and peace too. I need my justice.
