I requested for a new connection and an agent came within 15 minutes. I made a payment of ₹3436 with a txn Id 625486263.
I was promised aa connection by the end of day but it has been a week, no one has even bothered to inform me the status.
The form no is 0801609382. If I call back the agent who came to receive the payment, he doesn’t respond.
