“I have approximately 2600 BGN in winnings from 22bet.com. Upon attempting to withdraw the funds, my request was initially rejected. I was informed by the company that a verification process was necessary. After providing all necessary documentation for verification, I was informed that my account was being cancelled and I would not be able to withdraw my winnings. This situation constitutes a clear violation of the terms and conditions and I am eager to resolve it. I am available to provide any additional information as requested.”
