Refer the detailing of my both complaints :
a) Right now I am at Golmuri, Jamshedpur having pin code – 831003, in last two months there is extremely poor mobile data speed at my location, my all work getting hampered badly, in the current tough time wherein all the office jobs I have to do sitting at home, this particular issue brings my job at stake now. Somehow I m managing with my other prepaid number of JIO & VODAFONE recharging them for getting mobile data. Several tweets & calls done to all level officials of Airtel but never seen such arrogant, least customer centric organisation. Only gets auto generated reply to my every tweets but no resolution still. Horrible experience & seems badly cheated by Airtel. Request TRAI & Government bodies to take necessary action against Airtel to harass their customers in such bad manner. Airtel is simply enjoying their part on the money of customers like me as if they thought we customer have don’t have any option. I am a platinum customer & long association with Airtel but sorry to quote, this time with such horrible experience which is still continuing everything gets crushed & thrashed my belief, trust, honour, respect etc which I had on Airtel. Writing this detail with a little hope if someone can hear & feel my pain & something can happen.
b) Second complain is , on 12th Sep’20 I called customer care & deactivated my mobile data booster plan of Rs.200 whereas my billing cycle is 11th to 10th. Now when bills generated this month again Rs.200 booster charge being added & when I called customer care person Mr. Jagdeep told that since you deactivated on 12th Sep & your bill cycle started on 11th Sep, so this amount being added & I will have to pay. This is simply cheating to their customers & finding the way how to trap customers & bluffing to horse my money. For the sake of one day delay why I will have to pay the entire Rs.200, I need this money reversal anyways from Airtel. When matter comes to cut money, Airtel finds so many ways & when about giving service no commitment at all. What about my paid money & I didn’t get mobile data service since long time of more than two months and still getting harraased by Airtel. I need all my money back paid for these period & compensation against my mental agony as well.
Expecting some strict action against Airtel & hope to resolve my above shared concerns as well
