Dear Sir/Madam
My Subscribers Id is 1153164569.
I want to close the connection of Tata Sky. So I talked on tollfree nos on 03-07-2019 at 2.46 pm approx. Telephone executive told will send refund and collect second (add on ) set top b ox.
On same day 03-07-2019 tata sky person has called and informed me that he is coming to c tollect set top box but till today no one came and not send refund cheque or amount in bank.
I have sent my cancelled cheque to them on there email id on 3-7-19 for refund of approx 7000=00
I have written many emails but every time they send me different service request nos as below
