I have to pay money to Flipkart for the product actually not received at my end

Text of Complaint by Vishal Vijan:

I have ordered, 5 packets of Chakki Atta against which I have received 1 single biryani kit on 6 th Aug’22. Then I have raised such issue with Flipkart on 7th Aug for which they have guided me to upload the picture of wrong product delivered and raised 5 returns. Now, on 25th Aug that request processed and I have received only 1 aata chakki packet instead of 5.

I have again called number of times to Flipkart and raised my concern that if they not able to deliver my remaining 4 packets of atta, then please return my amount.

But as per them, they totally denied to accept my request and also denied to return the money of 4 packets which actually not delivered on 25th Aug.

So, Kindly help to return my money Rs. 1396/- (349*4) or get the missing packets delivered.

Further to add here, as confirmed by Flipkart representative, due to wrong return request raised at their end instead of raising under missing product head, all this happened. So, no fault at my end. But they are not ready to raise my concern now.
