Text of Complaint by Sufiyan:

I bought a new airtel sim and recharged for 28 days on 26th of July and now on the 15th day it’s showing my pack will expire on 11th of August… what’s happening, 28 days haven’t completed yet… I am trying to contact customer on 121 but nothing is happening, I am frustrated

Tell me what should I do otherwise I’ll have to break the sim
