I have taken plan of IR on 13 th july for US i.e. Rs.1101/- for 28 days .That plan not worked .Only used for sending messages.I sent 9 mail to your customer care for refund my balance amount about Rs.760/- but did not get satisfy reply.Please do the needful and refund balance amount after vetyfythe

Same as above i.e. International Roming plan on 13july 2023 for 28 days. It was used for only sending messages but not voice conversation. .I think in this regard I sent 9 mails you customer care in detailed and asked to pay balance amount of Rs.760/- Please ho through it mh case is genuine.I fedup with this services.
