I have taken loan in finnable of 2 lakh, starting when I was trying to take a loan first time it got failed due to my cibil score and that was my first loan, secondly Gavrav Sahay called me and said that he will be process for the loan and asked for my documents and I have submitted all the documents which is required, he process while I’m on call and he guided me how to apply and everything he took conformation with my mom and he taken her number as well my brother number while processing the loan he told me I’m eligible for 2 lakh of loan where as I conformed him to process and I was asking about the tenure and loan amount how much I have pay monthly and the interest starting he told me that they will be disbursing of 2 lakh and 9440 is processing fee and 4650 will be my insurance and he explained about my insurance and said that I have to pay only 214000 then I asked about the tenure he told me that I can finish 214000 and close the loan once I pay even I asked about the internet he told me there is no internet and I have to pay only 214000 and he told me that I have to pay 8854 and the tenure is 36 monthe even that time I asked him if the tenure is for 36 month then I have to pay 318744 he told me that no you have to pay only 214000 after that you can close the loan after clearing everything he processed my loan which was credit on the same day but he did not gave me any invoice then I started asking about the Invoice he told I will be getting the invoice after 1 week I got the invoice in that they have mention that interest is 33.28% and internet amount for the whole 36 month was 104676 when I got to know that there is interest that I have to pay immediately I contacted him he was telling me to wait until he Conform me after 1 week he told me to draft an email regarding this to makeiteasy@finnable.com and I have drafted a mail to them about my interest which I was not aware off then they open on ticket and gave me ID same thing was happening I used to asked about the update they will open the ticket and give me the ID after that I contacted Gavrav once again he told me to visit the finnable I visited with gavrav his manager was also there he explained me saying that due to my cibil score the interest was increased and also because of my first loan and Manger told me that I can pay whole 214000 within 6 month or within 6 month my cibil score will increasing they will transfer this loan to any other bank and interest will be according to bank and they promised me saying that in that 6 month I will be pay 53123 and remaining amount of 160877 they will be transfer to other bank for loan so I agreed and I came back. I have tried loan in many bank they did not approve by seeing my cibil report because of finnable loan and i was having issue in my work and I moved to different work where I’m paid only 20000 due to family issue I’m forced to take small loan on the same hand i was trying to take loan of 200000 where that was disproved by all the banks I have tried in HDFC, IDFC, YES bank, Axis bank, bajaj finance, Tata capital and even i tried in ujjivan but I did not get loan on October month 2023 due to my mom health concern she call gavrav and asked time to pay the loan amount gavrav told that he will be transfer the loan amount to other bank and he was asking the documents again where as I shared all of my documents to him IDFC bank called me and disproved my loan due to my salary and he told that I will be getting call from indusind bank but I got call from Paysence and I gave OTP to them even I got rejected there after that there was no call or text from gavrav after that I was getting many calls from finnable to pay the loan then I told my mom not to pay the loan amount until I get clarification on my internet rate and decrease my interest then Prakash called me I explained him all he told me to visit the office I visited the office Prakash called gavrav he told that he did not came to office where as I already informed him that I’m coming to office next day he was not there in office and totally the conversation happened in call Prakash passed the phone to me and gavrav told me that he already resolved my issue in first month only and I agreed for that itseems and he told me to pay the loan amount and I asked about the internet he said me that that was past and not to ask about it even I told I can’t pay loan he demanded me to pay the loan amount and then I passed phone to Prakash gavrav told prakash to say me that to clearing loan amount on spot of 214000 where I told Prakash it is not possible for me to pay immediately because no one is providing me the loan then Prakash told me to draft and mail with an explanation I was very happy that finnable helped when I’m in need of money but I never thought that I will suffer now I can pay my loan and I can only 214000 as promised if this issue is resolving definitely I will pay my loan as a customer to finnable my request is to reduce my internet percentage so that I can clear what ever my loan amount is it and I have some sreenshot and voice record with gavrav I’m attaching everything in next email kindly acknowledge and do the needful.
