I have taken loan from rhinofin cease . And I have paid that amount . But it is showing in active account in cibil and it is impacting my cibil score . I have contacted him so many times but getting no response from their side . It is marked as written off . And RBI has cancelled the license of Rhinofin cease then after it is impacting my cibil score
