I have taken loan from navi and i have paid all the taken amount along with dues and i have got No Due Certificate for the payment from navi but in my cibil the account status for Navi showing as Written-Off instead of closed,

Text of Complaint by Mudassir Qureshi:

I have taken loan from navi and i have paid all the taken amount along with dues and i have got No Due Certificate for the payment from navi but in my cibil the account status for Navi showing as Written-Off instead of closed.

I spoke with Navi customer executive but seek no help from there.

I am attaching copy of NOC along with this complaint please make it needful.
