Text of Complaint by Vipul Pawar:

Dear sir/Madam,
I have taken 1000 loan from FunMo application and Repayment period is 7 days. Loan late by 34 days and penalty charges added 1000 and principal amount with interest is 1357 and after penalty it’s 2357. I want to pay full amount with penalty charges till today but couldn’t repay the loan showing error FAILED. There is no any customer service number only Email id showing but it’s not working. When I have mail to FunMo given email id it’s not delivered.
I have shared my aadhar card and PAN card with FunMo Application…

Please help me in this regards…
