I have taken loan from credit bro app of 3500 but repayment is above 21000 till today I want just waive off penalty charges and accept my 3500 rupees as loan repayment on loan repayment page randomly UPI Id showing and I have to enter transaction reference number. I want just waive off my loan penalty charges and accept my 3500 rupees as loan repayment and closed my loan. They are not responding my email and not contacting you me to settle loan just adding penalty charges day by day is too high.
