I have taken AMC on my Water Purifier Aqua Guard with Eureka Forbes and there are 4 maintainence services for a year. They have done only 2 services and 3rd service is pending since 6th Feb 2024. Nobody is bothered to come and attend the service. Also Service Light is glowing on the machine

Text of Complaint by Sreehari Rao:

I have raised the service request on 9th Feb and technical Sunil Shinde was assigned to the Service request but till now nobody called me or attended the issue

Before 9th Feb i have raised 4 complaints and all were cancelled without my consent.

Every time some helpdesk people from Eureka Forbes will call me and promise that it will be addressed but no issue

I wrote several mails to Grievance team, Pratik, Puja B, Compliance Team & Customer Care team but no use at all
