Text of Complaint by Nupur:

I have applied for new broadband connection by online mode and made payment thorugh net banking. I was told that after submitting documents I will get connection in next 48 hours, but nothing was communicated to me and when I called customer care they said that the executive has wrongly logged in the case for copper wiring, but the tower in which I am residing has fiber wiring (how can you keep such people on work who does not even have knowledge about copper or fibre). then the request was cancelled and freshly logged in but ultimate sufferer is customer it took 6 days instead of 3 days and also it was promised that amazon subscription will be provided. Now I am getting call everyday and I need that airtel should fulfil its promise, otherwise we have local connections provider who can fulfil their promise.
