I have switched from prepaid to postpaid with my parent mobile number 9031877852 .. Whensoever I changed it to postpaid, My family add on number 9065407740 have not been getting proper network. It always shows only 1 tower and sometimes, it gets off. I have been suffering issues after getting changed to Postpaid. Please resolve on urgent basis.
