On 24th October, I have subscribed yojana magazine from bharatkosh.govt.in website and I have paid 240rs for it . Transaction reference no. Is 2410200004292. But it is 13th December, I have not received any magazine till now. Plz I request, return my refund or deliver me that magazine.
