With due respect I would like to state that in November 2020 I take Airtel sim but that piont of time they said it is prepaid but after a month Airtel customer executive called me that you have our due of payment 350 and I shocked and told them How?they told me that you are using postpaid sim and as told earlier that I am using prepaid sim but they force me for the payment and give assurance that we convert it in prepaid but they do not convert it and cheat me a d now they asked me for the same and it is completely injustice for me as poor i could not afford such kind of huge amount so it is request to your good self plz look to the matter so that I get justice and freedom from this scam it will be your most kindness for me.
