I purchased mobile on 28 jul 21 it was a defective product, returned happened after so many attempts from my side on 21 aug 21, so many fake promises made by amazon team, but no compliance of it. No one reaches out to you even they say always that you will get a call back in 24 hours. I cant imagine they told me that my complaint is handled by highest level of team in amazon. If this is the highest level of team than i pity amazon, it is ruining your image badly. No value for word of mouth nor they value your customer
