I have returned in 9th day from new connection Plan of 6Months ₹2825/- said A jio Fiber Connection Agent. But 13th day stopped net and jio fiber Modem taken and disconnected at 15th day of new connection.

Namaskaram, Iam from madanapalli in chittoor district. I have new jio Fiber net Connection for my daughter in law from Bangalore home at work Job, so at 15.09.2021. The amount also I have given cash to his agent, but he send money to phone pe.. but suddenly my daughter in law office called to attend at office job work. So I have cancellation call to jio fibernet customer service said at 23.09.21.But 27.09.21net disconnected, after 3days his boys taken jio fibernet modem at 29.09.21.
Still now I have not received A calls from Jio fibernet Customer Service Representative.
Why the Jio Fibernet Doing like this from Customers Disappointment Issue.
Also Present Not Said that How much money Less from My Payment.
Please Do it as quick as possible And In my words some mistakes Sorry, because of Am Telugu medium Student aged 50y now.
