I have requested to cancel the loan amount which was applied wrongly. From their customer care they have asked me to pay the received amount and i have paid to them as per their UPI id shared by them. I have even sent email to them and also raised complaint in the app but still no response from them and still my loan shows active and also i have not received loan amount in account and for that also it shows i have to pay the amount. They are cheating the people and not responding to them and also they are speaking very bad words in different languages. Kindly take action against these team and help us to resolve the issues.
