Xiomi get a new update in 2022-23 and then when I’m update my phone through settings authentic software update my phone’s motherboard was not working then i go to xiomi’s service center to get a claim for this iresponsbility for my redmi note 10 pro max and i didn’t any type of solution from xiomi’s center also they didn’t agree for that they are not helping me out and claim that’s not company’s problem your phone was out pf warranty so this is your problem so i feel so sad about what it is happening from xiomi’s side but i need help to resolve my issue that’s get from xiomi’s software update not the customer’s fault that’s all so if you please help me out then please please help me to atleast a good or reasonable permanent solution of this biggest problem ! Thank you
