On 16th July 2020, I have recharged twice by my mistake I agreed. I have tried on that day itself to contact customer care for rising query but no response from them hence i dropped and i was busy after that. Few days later (25th July) i have called today for clarification, “I was asked that either they have to provide my validity extension or refund my amount” they’re saying that both cannot be done…!!!
Then what is the justice to me..???
What about my money..???
