I have recharged today with 558₹ jackpot south plan. As it is said I couldn’t view the channel. Many channels are still error. My no is 3020156051. Kindly look into it

Today 17 April I have recharged my DTH TV with ₹550 plan jackpot south. There are many channels still it says subscribe. And says error 4. Kindly resolve the issue.
