Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have recharged on my mobile number 8449582361 of 495 Rs. on 3rd April 2019 but still I am not able to use Airtel Internet service. As it was pack of 1.4GB/day for 83 days. I had call to customer care on daily basis but they said that your issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. but today it was about 7 day has been passed but still my issue has not been resolved and customer care and their manager are not supporting in any way. They are disconnecting my call at the time of communication and issue is not resolving.

 

I got my complaint number 20406515148 from Airtel customer care but there is no response for my query. As I have recharged to use internet but i am not able to use this service.

 

Therefore, I want to claim for loss of 7 days internet data as well as the internet data will be loss in future upto when i will be able to use internet service.
