I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Jio regarding the inadequate mobile network service I am experiencing. Despite recharging my Jio mobile number with the necessary amount 395, I have not received adequate service at my office location.
I am facing frequent call drops and no network coverage in my office area. I have contacted Jio customer service multiple times and followed their troubleshooting suggestions, but the problem remains unresolved. This has caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my communication.
I request the Consumer Court to direct Jio to resolve the network issues at the earliest and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused.
