I have paid 92 Rs for 12 GB data on 28-8-20 and my regular pack also renewed in time, there was no discontinuity, why it’s not carried over, I have lost all the extra data? Why? My data supposed to be carried over, kindly resolve this you can’t steal customer money like this, many time I am seeing, without using any data, the data is lost. Before the validity, you are stopping data services? Why?
