I have reacharge on 04/07/2022 two times but i have received only one reacharge on my no 8866620170
I have once called customer service your executive ask me second reacharge will be receiving after half an hour and disconnect call without under stand my problem i have already available recording ,
Next day I have again call you customer service he told me that You receive reacharge after 3day. your service is how poor “I Have reacharge today and get reacharge after 3day,” if it is true though I port to otherr company
Your customers service is not good they don’t listen any thing and disconnect Phone i have proof of phone calls recording.
Meanwhile I have poor experience from your customers service and dissatisfied with your customers service.
If I have been not my reacharge i will go to TRI
