Hi Team,

I have recharged my mobile number 9731877914 with 149 rupees on 10-07-2020 and recharged/reference id is 002026939650 but I didn’t get any message or if I check balance it’s not update so can you please check why this is happening please.

And again I have recharged with 45 rs for the same mobile number and reference I’d is 2027883962, I can see it’s recharged and got sms.

Please check why the first recharge got succeeded but amount got deducted.
