I have recharge to my Airtel SIM for 10 rupees talktime but I can’t call anyone ..it says u don’t have balance to make an outgoing call..what is this..?pls let me know..

I have recharge on my Airtel SIM of 10 rupees talktime ..after recharge I tried calling but it says u don’t have enough balance to make an outgoing call …what is the problem?let me know..
