I have recharge my prepaid number 99135 52093 today with 399 pack(50 rs voucher discount ) two times but recharge not received however balance deducted from my bank account 349+349=698 rs total. Recharge was done through my Airtel App with net banking as on 12.03.19 around 9:00 pm. Kindly request you to refund my amount worth RS.698 as early as possible so that I can proceed for new recharge. This was worsest experience I have faced ever with Airtel… Pls pls refund as early as possible
