Mobikwik said recharge succesful but airtel said not received and i have drop mail in airtel not respond till now and what i do now please solve my problem i have screenshot recharge

I have recharged Airtel number for 1799rs through mobikwik app, but Airtel customer saying recharge was successful at their end. But mobikwik customer service is saying recharge is done. What can be done to get back my money.
