Text of Complaint by Neethu Prasad:

I shipped my Boult Audio wireless earpods for service on 15.03.2025
It has now been almost a month, and I have not yet received my product back. As per the information on the website, the maximum service period is 72 hours, which has been significantly exceeded.

I contacted the customer care team two weeks ago, and I was informed that the issue had been escalated to the warehouse team. Despite this, there has been no further update or resolution.

Additionally, I was asked to share proof of product shipment, which I have already provided as requested.
