I ordered Ethnovogue Black and peach lehenga on dt.19/11/2021. I received parcel ethnovogue golden and black colour lehenga with duppatta on dt.26/11/2021. So I complaint myntra customer care On 26/11/2021. But still my complaint not solved. All customer care representative told me to wait 24 hours from compliant generated but still today my issue is not resolved. Also I share images of my products with brand tags on myntra customer care. All representative only makes promises but no one take an action of my complaint.
I attached image which I ordered and which I received for investigation process but still picku up is pending and refund is awaited.
Myntra declined my complain and not completed pick up of it. myntra informs me that as per its logistic process, it provide fresh product, but i received different colour and different design product of same company. myntra do not accept its fault and do not take action of my complain.
Please do the needful with immediate action from the images which I shared with attachment. Please investigate the issue and refund my money. I am waiting for positive response.
It’s clearly shows I received different Product. I already shared all images with tags And I wrote complaint on the same day whenever I received parcel though pickup is pending still date. I confirms that this product is unused and as same as I received the parcel. All tags are attached which it provides to me.
So, please do needful and solve my query as soon as possible.
