Dear Sir,
good evening ,
i have received wrong mobile phone , i booked RealMe NARZO 50, 6GB Ram, 128GB Internal memory on 15/10/2022
But i have received Different Apple tree 512MB Ram, 4 GB internal memory on 23/10/2022
After received the amount he start to move. At that i asked him to wait, if the product is damaged, please takeit back the product. He told that he has to deliver the product only.
After checking the product and it was wrong mobile
So i come to raise the complaint.
