Text of Complaint by BRIJESH PRAJAPATI:

I had ordered PUMA shoes on 3rd November with the price of 1299/- as it was in offer.
On 6th November i received it and because of some issue i opened the parcel on 9th November.
After opening the box i saw that i have received totally different shoes from shoes i had ordered.
Then after i file replacement request from flipkart.
But the request was not going well.
Then i called costumer representative and asked about issue i was facing. He told me to mail my aadhar card photo.
So, i mailed my details with aadhar card photo but today on 12th November my replacement request got rejected.
Now they’re telling me that you can only return your parcel , can not replace.
